The condition of your hair determines how far it stretches and whether it returns to normal quickly, slowly, or not at all.

Having discovered whether your hair is in good condition, or lacking protein, moisture or a combination of the two, Penelope will decide which Organic Care Systems products to use. All problems can be eliminated using the correct products from the range.
